Leaving Home

You left with thoughts of grief.

 What am I doing?

Feeling sorrow deep within your heart.

Seeing families weeping in tears.

Leaving with bravery and strength.

Hoping to see parents, daughters, sons and friends on return.

Wondering with hope, I shall come back.

Leaving was hard, but the worst is yet to come.
